Adobe has initiated the rollout of a beta AI assistant for Photoshop, available on both web and mobile applications, enabling users to edit images through straightforward text prompts.Details:The assistant empowers users to execute tasks such as eliminating objects or individuals, modifying lighting, altering colors, or changing backgrounds using natural language commands.Additionally, users can instruct the tool to implement effects like soft glow, crop images into specific formats, enhance shadows, or transform the overall appearance of an image.Adobe is also unveiling a new feature named AI markup, which allows users to place markers directly on an image and request the assistant to alter or eliminate those elements.Furthermore, new generative editing tools are being introduced in Adobe Firefly, including Generative Fill, Generative Remove, Generative Expand, and Generative Upscale.Paid users of Photoshop will have the ability to create unlimited AI edits with the assistant until April 9, while free users will start with 20 generations.
